Learning and then applying what we are learning is super important in moving forward in our business and life endeavors. I agree that often we get stuck in the "I don't feel ready yet" stage. We have to try things and then learn from them (a simple and yet profound and difficult to apply concept). I am learning too that we can't stay stuck in non-action. With non-action, nothing changes.
Would agree with the exception that for a lot of people the first mistakes in trading knock them out and they can't recover because they've lost their stack / funds. Takes years for some to come back, most never do. If I had one thing to do over during my journey it would have been to trade smaller for years and not worry as much about returns. Find all the mistakes you can make first and fix as many of them as possible.
Coaching isn’t about knowing all the answers; it’s about guiding others to discover their own.

Sara always had some good thoughts. I enjoyed hearing a bit about her upbringing as a coach here. Coaching traders is no easy task!
Will read David.
